Bob Welch and his wife have been serving the Marble Falls church since 2010. In 2019, Bob became the staff counselor. He holds a BA from Abilene Christian University and a double MA from New Mexico State University, along with counseling certifications and further graduate work from several universities. He is pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at ACU, with an expected graduation in December 2025. Bob is also a professional mediator and trained negotiator. He is committed to supporting the church and broader community through counseling services.
